PHP 4.3.10 update available anywhere?

Hi there,

What with the recent exploits announced in php <= 4.3.9 
(http://www.hardened-php.net/advisories/012004.txt) , and the apparent 
availability of scripts that can be used to exploit them. I was just 
wondering if anyone has located an rpm or yum repository that has php  
4.3.10 that would work on my basically stock YDL 3 machine.
