Help with L2 G3 Newertech upgrade?

I have PC PowerBase (6400 equivalent) with the PowerLogix G3 
accelerator card in it.  I found that the system bus wouldn't run at 
the speed they said it would and had to slow it down some.  Seems like 
it was stable up to about 43 Mhz or so.  The processor speed was 8X the 
bus speed.
