The PowerLogix card allows selection of the bus speed and the 
multiplier.  I had a 400 Mhz accelerator card, but I finally came 
across a note that mentioned the chipset was not reliable much above 40 
MHz.  It would crash infrequently in OS 9, but much more so in YDL.  In 
order to order to run at 400 Mhz, the bus speed had to be 50 Mhz.
