Hi Paul,

thanks for these tips with xinerama.
Anyway, in my case it didn't work. The second video card can't be
initialized; while I use old world rom, I start from bootX.app, and the
second screen remains all the time of a linux session with the macOS
background. The system can find this second video card, can also show the
PCI ID, but, if I start X with this values, system says: "module not found:
i128" (the name of the reported 2nd video card driver), and later on: "No
screens found". What to do? Maybe The card is all the time blocked by
macOS??? (cables etc are all right; under macOS(9.22) the second display
works properly)

all the best

Joerg

Joerg, I am trying to do the same thing. Have a look at:

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Xinerama-HOWTO/

and

	Best,

Paul
