I saw the same problem, which disappeared when I defined DRM_RADEON as =20
module:

[root@antares linux]# grep -i radeon .config
CONFIG_DRM_RADEON=3Dm
# CONFIG_FB_RADEON_OLD is not set
CONFIG_FB_RADEON=3Dy
CONFIG_FB_RADEON_I2C=3Dy

However, I was not able to get X11 (the 4.3.0-2.1e set of rpm's) running =
=20
with this configuration - startx ejects before the monitor (a formac 1740 =
=20
dfp) is probed when running it with a 2.4 kernel (where X works fine; see =
=20
attached msg sent to the list a few days ago. The situation didn't change =
=20
with 2.6.2-ben1). So I am **really** interested in any advice or help!

Tia,

	Albrecht.

Hi all,

I installed kernel 2.6.2-rc3-ben1 on my YDL 3 G4 Silver, but I wasn't able =
