getting a wireless PCMCIA Card to work

hello. This is my first message.

I have not been able to install my Orinoco Silver wireless card on YDL. 
I tried the internet configuration wizard and it doesn't work. The 
Hardware manager cannot detect a device in the PCMCIA slot.

I ran "cardctl pcmcia" and it said that no drivers are installed.

My computer is a Lombard 333MHz. Does anyone know what the problem 
might be?
