I have just build the 2.6.5 kernel from ppckernels.org. I have placed
the vmlinux file in bootx's "Linux Kernel's folder" and the new
"system.map" in the linux /boot folder. But when I try to boot it I get
a screen with this on it:
Welcome to Linux, kernel 2.6.5

Linked at                : 0xc0000000
Frame buffer at       : 0xf1001000 (phys) , 0xd0001000 (log)
klimit                      : 0xc039a000
MSR                      : 0x00000072
HID0                     :  0x0010c001

pmac_init(): exit
id mac(): done
MMU:enter
MMU:hw init
MMU:mapin
MMU:setio
MMU:exit
setup_arch: enter
setup_arch: bootmem
arch: exit

Then it just hangs, any ideas? (this is my first time building a kernel)
