You can select a different icon theme from the Kontrol Panel or you can
edit an icon file manually using 'kiconedit'. The icons are located in
 /usr/share/icons/<theme_name>/<icon_size>/<icon_type>/<icon_name.png>.
I suggest you to duplicate & rename an existing theme and work on the
copy... The file you want to edit exactly is:
 </usr/share/icons/Wonderland/48x48/apps/yellowdog-main-menu.png>
 NOTE: 48x48 size if for the 'normal' taskbar size.
