How/where did you get the plugin (tls)? I have not been able
to compile it. And I could not find it on the web. The aMSN
site has a version for "mac" but I had the impression it
is for darwin, not for linux. Maybe I was wrong...

There isn't a ppc rpm (yet) but amsn runs out of the box on any
linux machine, ppc or intel. You just unpack a .tar.gz file,
cd to directory msn, and type in "./amsn"
But when you try to connect to msn it sends you on a quest
for the tls plugin. (=transport layer security?)
