CUPS Authentication

I want to set up CUPS so that it does not require a
user or password on my local network, but requires a
user/password when printing from outside of my home
network (like a neighbor or friend printing to my
printer from their computer at their house).

Heres my current setup

Order Deny,Allow
Deny From All
Allow From 127.0.0.1
AuthType None
Allow from All
