Ok now, risking lifelong public ridicule and humiliation, I'm going to
totally nerd you all out completely.

They say the pipe organ is the king of all instruments. It is, but the
Moog Synthesizer is the emperor, so ...

Bach's Brandenberg Concerto No 1 in F major realized and played by Wendy
(or, if you're as old as I am, "Walter") Carlos on the Moog Synthesizer
from the Switched On Boxed Set.
Then you can skip to the third movement of the second Brandenberg, same set.
Then, Bach's Little Fugue in G minor, same set.

Then, when I'm all "transistored out" it's Bach's G Minor Fugue "The
Great", played by E Power Biggs on the Flentrop at Harvard Uni. Finish
the magnificence, still with Biggs/Flentrop/Harvard, with the
Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor, BWV582. That, my friends, is getting
up there with sex.

I play it all through my Altec Lansing ADA305 set (The kids use my Boston
Mediatheater, which is better, on their games PC). It barfs a little at
the low bass from the organ, but it's not bad for "computer audio", and
it's fine if I sit on the sub for the loud bits:-)

Cheers :-)
