Both Evolution (version 1.2.2-5a) and Firefox (version 0.8) are 
available for Yellow Dog Linux. Evolution can be installed during the 
regular installation of Yellow Dog Linux. I *think* that 1.2.2 is the 
latest version of Evolution that is available for Yellow Dog (someone 
will correct me if I am wrong).

Firefox is available from:

<http://gurke.gaertner.de/ydl-rpms/>

Install this package using the "rpm" system.
