Ruffpack, Fedora and "advanced package" with YUM (Clinton MacDonald)

Evolution 1.2.2 is the last version on YDL.
But official version from Ximian is 1.4 ore 1.5 (for developpment)
Is it possible to install it whith YUM and a ftp server ?
