         That was my hope in using Linux on a Mac. The hope (and yes a 
little be expectation) was that since the hardware was limited in scope, 
getting a completely running system should be a no brainer (eg : almost all 
of the Mac runs out of the box after an install). Experience is much 
different though. I too though realize that this is mainly something for 
the community and not for the business.

         We can dream though, can we not? ;)
