YDL 4.0 frequency scaling

I've look for </sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq> but there is no
such things (?!) 'locate cpufreq' give that:

Thats all. I though it used to be somewhere in proc/... im confused. The
two commands found in /usr/sbin/ do anything...
