For an OldWorld machine to reboot after a power failure, you need to adjust the Energy Saver control panel settings from the Mac OS to reboot after a power failure. I believe it's a setting in the PRAM or NVRAM that gets set. I seem to recall seeing a thread in the last couple of months about how to set that from Linux. Dave
