Install report, G3/450 (B&W, "Yosemite") 512Mb RAM, on 4Gb HD (dedicated).
Same experience as on my Pismo, I installed defaults, "Personal" mode. I
substituted my XF86Config from the Pismo install (same Rage 128 graphics on this
machine) after the installation, so I had full GUI.
Networking is again problematic; I can get an IP address from the router on
eth0, but it cannot resolve any names from DNS. Attempts to hit known IP
addresses in Mozilla return 'The connection was refused when attempting to
contact 66.7.161.3' message.
Maybe I setup networking wrong? The interface reports:
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:E4:90:F9:62
inet addr:10.0.0.138 Bcast:10.0.0.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
inet6 addr: fe80::250:e4ff:fe90:f962/64 Scope:Link

collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:346 (346.0 b) TX bytes:1252 (1.2 Kb)

I even thought the firewall was the culprit but there was no change when I
stopped the iptables daemon.
