YDL 3.0.1 on PB 3400c issues

Yeah mine is the same way. A little electrical button on the side
tells the PB to eject the card. Works fine in MacOS but not in YDL 3.0.1.
I tried using cardctl but it does not do it. What does happen is
if you press the button, YDL goes through all the motion of powering down
the card and disabling any services it was providing but it does not eject.
