Bug on 401 install

I guys, wonder is anyone has seen this?
Just installed 401 (latest iso's) on B+W G3 350. The install went ok, but I
wasn't asked for any network details during install. After re-booting all is
fine apart from YD not recognising the Ethernet card. If I try to add it I
just get messages that the device is "unavailable". I did notice a post on
the newbie's list that someone had the same problem with a G3imac. The card
works perfectly under YD 4, and OSX. Anyone help with this?
