A present for you all... GPL Flash Plugin!

For Firefox, try placing the npflash.so in

/usr/lib/firefox-0.10.1/plugins/

(You may have a slightly different version number.)

Then type about:plugins into Firefox's address bar and you should see 
Macromedia Flash listed near the bottom.
