System: iBook G4
Kernel: 2.6.10
ALSA sound, sound is fine; ASLA OSS Emulation - sound is fine
KDE Sound System - arts output from apps is noise, KDE control panel
gives noise. Upgrading arts on its own does nothing.
I get a system shutdown error about not able to stop mixer - maybe its
to do with the KDE/arts corruption?
