MPlayer 1.0pre6-3.3.3 crashing.

Hi,

I recently updated to MPlayer 1.0pre6-3.3.3 from freshrpms using yum and
it now crashes immediately on startup. Previous versions have worked for
me fine. Having a quick look with gdb I can see that it always dies in
GetCpuCaps() on startup. 

I'm on a 500mhz G3 firewire powerbook (Pismo) with a Rage 128m video
card.

Is anyone having similar problems? Or is there an easy way to role back
to the previous version?
