gcjwebplugin-0.31: take two

I rebuilt gcc-3.4.3. This time I made sure to enable java AWT:

        ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc/3.4.3
        --enable-threads=posix --disable-checking
        --disable-libunwind-exceptions --with-system-zlib
        --enable-__cxa_atexit --enable-java-awt=gtk

With this addition to the configuration only 9/27 tests for gcjwebplugin
fail, which is certainly an improvement from 26/27 tests failing, but
nothing to write home about. Maybe the plugin really does need gcc-3.5.
