Xserve G5 Auto reboot on power failure

Does anyone have instructions on setting up auto reboot or restart 
after power failure for an xserve running 4.0.  I found instructions 
for other macs detailing redirecting a hex code to /dev/adb, but that 
doesn't work and I don't think it is applicable to the xserve.  Any 
other ideas?  Also, this is a headless unit without x windows, so 
command-line only please.
