Owen,
    I'd love to give you access. Unfortunately, because of the nature of 
my business security prohibits outside access to anyone. (including me). 
Do you think you could point me in the direction? I'm unfamiliar with 
cpufreq but am willing to learn. I'd also be happy to share my results 
with everyone on the list. Thanks for the help.
