Snes9x, Sound and Playing CDs and Difference between 4.0 and 4.0.1

I tried the how to on the YDL site and got CD playing. Thanks for the help 
before.

Just one more question. What is the difference between 4.0 an 4.0.1 if there 
is any? I wasn't going to try the how to because it said it was for 4.0.1.
