VDQ : Can I let a user restart Privoxy?

Hmmm..... Lemme see here .....   I presently have this :

# .bashrc
 
# User specific aliases and functions
 
# Source global definitions
if [ -f /etc/bashrc ]; then
        . /etc/bashrc
fi
[btth at localhost btth]$
                       =====

You're saying to do "nano .bashrc"  insert the line "export EDITOR=nano"
into it somewhere, and save it?

Ignorance however blithe being of course debatably blissful, does that
mean that a command "visudo" or perhaps "visudo /etc/sudoers" would then
open that file with nano instead of with vi? That would certainly help ....
