[ydl-gen] Install without CDs?

Is it possible to install YDL 4.0.1 from the Mac OS X partition or from 
a FireWire drive or via ftp? I have the 4 ISO images downloaded. My CD 
burner is broken.

I found the HowTo on booting from the OS X partition, but it seemed to 
still use a CD for the source of the installation.
