[ydl-gen] Programming the CELL BE on YDL 5

PS3s dont have a device-tree, that directory is just for informational
purposes (and very useful when working with OF equipped machines, yaboot
uses it) And yes, it builds fine, another matter entirely from working.

We're fixing a few of the small glitches before mastering so if the sdk
stuff isn't installed, its getting jack hammered in.
