[ydl-gen] YellowDogLinuX installation

Hi Braden:

I don't have a PS3 but I'm very familiar with YDL. Before I mention 
anything else, perhaps referring to the established documentation 
regarding installation could be helpful:

Regarding startmp there is no mention, that I can find regarding this 
command as referring to Linux on a PowerPC system and certainly not in 
the instructions I've read regarding YDL installation.
Startx is a command within Linux and is available within YDL, however 
it's use is restricted to starting the x-window server -- as far as I 
know. There is no need to use startx at all when booting into the 
current version of YDL. There hasn't been a need for using this command 
within YDL since version 2, if my memory serves me correctly.
