It does not appear the resolution to this was posted on the list, but this 
week we discovered that roughly a half dozen sets of DVDs left our facilities 
with a bad burn, the boot sector missing.

Our shipping manager should have already contacted with you with mention of 
this issue and notification of a replacement DVD en route.
