[ydl-gen] Video modes on the PS3

Ooops, sorry. I left out the W - I am using a Samsung 940BW, whose
native resolution is 1440x900.

I tried ps3videomode from both root and non-root. I don't know of
any way a command would not even be found by non-root users. At the
worst, one might get a message saying that one needs to have
privileges to run it. I then tried a "locate" and "updatedb", finding
that these useful commands were missing.

I have been using kboot.conf to change resolutions. It is very time
consuming. In my investigations, I was hoping to write a script which
tries a mode for about 30 seconds and then switches back to a default
mode to avoid getting stuck in a non-functional video mode (that
happened last night and I needed to shut off the machine using the
switch.)

Thanks for the suggestion of adding 128 to the mode number - I'll
play with that.
