[ydl-gen] 192M vs. 256M

Hello, all ...

I read that the XMB reserves 64M of RAM for its' own use, but I would  
have thought that when running Linux, XMB isn't running, hence the  
full 256M is available.  Is this true?  "top" still seems to say that  
only 192M of RAM is there ...
