[ydl-gen] Nasty bug with YDL 5.0.2 and some PS3s

For clarification, with GameOS v1.8.0, YDL v5.0.2 works perfectly. Last Friday 
afternoon Sony updated the firmware to v1.8.2 and the (same as used Friday 
morning) YDL v5.0.2 DVDs simply stopped working.

Yes, older versions of YDL work with the latest GameOS, but the SAME YDL that 
worked with GameOS v1.8.0 stopped working with the update.
