[ydl-gen] Broadcom 4318 wireless

Has anyone gotten the Broadcom card that shipped in the high resolution
(aka. DL SD) PowerBooks in late 2005 to work with YDL 5.0.2?

I've also tried to get an old wireless card I have to work, the Prism2
IEEE 802.11 PC-Card Version 01.02, but I haven't had any success.
