Can't mount CD for install?

Hi, have downloaded YDL 2.2, burnt it to a CD, and when I try to start up,
simply says it can't mount the CD/DVD ROM.... Help?

Current setup is a 9600 with Os 9.1 on one SCSI drive (8GB) and unformatted
4GB SCSI drive waiting for Linux. *GB (MacOs is SCSI ID 6 and unformatted
patition is ID 0 - should this be changed around as well?
