Cant use APT-GET

Hello All,

Maybe someone can help me.  I just installed YDL 2.3, and I tried to use 
the new APT-GET feature.

It worked the first time I tried, and I was able to update my system.  I 
logged in as root, then did "apt-get update" which update the databases. 
 Then I ran "apt-get upgrade."  It reported that I had 6 items to 
update, listed then, then asked if I wished to proceed.  I said yes, and 
it updated everything.  It was every slick and I was please to see it work.

A few days later, I just thought I would try it again, only this time, 
not expecting to find anything to upgrade.  I again used "apt-get 
update" to update the databases again.  Only this time, when the app 
tries to loggon to the ftp servers, it gets denied generating a whole 
bunch of errors and not completing the update of the database.

Attached is a copy of the Konsole text so you can see the ftp errors.
