Thanks for your reply Mark. I was able to figure out why it downloaded as
a text file. I used Fetch and it was set to download automatic instead of
binary. I downloaded it again as binary. This did the trick and I was able
to burn the ISO as a disc image (now let's see if I can successfully install
it).
