yup killed my domain name server

Hi. 

When used yup to upgrade the domain name server on my YDL 2.2 installation,
it warned me that it had saved my rndc.conf and rndc.key files as *.rpmnew
and promptly halted my DNS server.

I've been through the man pages for rndc, rndc.conf etc etc and have made my
keys in rndc.conf match the one in named.conf etc etc.

Still no go. I cannot restart named.

Has anyone else had this problem?

This is a serious problem for me. I'm hoping someone can help.
