KDE 3.0 Install

Hello,

I just installed YDL on a beige G3 desktop unit and it seems to be working
great. However I would like to install KDE 3.0. I managed to get all of the
RPMS downloaded. But when I go to install them following the instructions on
the YDL how-to page I get an error: failed dependencies with a list of files
that are needed. They are:

xml-common
sgml-common >= 0.6.3-4
xml-common >= 0.6.3-8
pkgconfig
pcre-devel 
autoconf >= 2.13
automake >= 1.4
flex >= 2.5.4
libqt.so.2
libqt.so.2

Where do I get these files and how do I install them?
