yup fails

How do I get yup working? Are you can see from the attached all I get is the cryptic message "Error:".

I've tried changing 2.1 in the supplied conf file to 2.2 (not sure why it's 2.1 in the file though
I am running 2.2), but to no avail. yup.conf is now as supplied.
