PCMCIA on Powerbook G4 (with fix)

With the help of David Hinds, author of the pcmcia-cs package, I now have
PCMCIA working on my Powerbook running YDL.

[ As an aside MACOS/X (10.0 and 10.2) only supports Cardbus which is pretty
dumb. I haven't tried porting pcmcia-cs to MACOS/X... ]

To get it to work you need to change /etc/pcmcia/config.opts. I have tried it
with a Nokia Card Phone 2.0 and all works fine.

Add the following three lines to /etc/pcmcia/config.opts:

include memory 0xa0000000-0xafffffff
include port 0x1000-0x1fff
include port 0x100-0x4ff
