screen resolution?

I just got my copy of YDL installed (after three days of trying just to find 
out that my ATI Radeon card was causing it not to be able to install) and it 
now looks like I am viewing a much larger screen through my monitor.  To see 
the whole thing, I must move my cursor around past the edges of the screen 
thus moving the screen to another spot on the desktop.  I think this may be 
caused by the wrong settings in the resolution or screen size, but I can't 
find where to adjust these settings.  I have found a few places where I can 
view these settings, but not edit them.  

If anyone could direct me to the correct settings panel for this, I would be 
very grateful.  Thanks
