Does anyone have YDL 2.3 up on 5400?

I am running Linux on a 5400/160 (European version) and it runs fine. I
think that you need a bigger HD.

Use the 2.2 boot kernel and not the 2.3 which won't work.

Set the boot disk to 100MB instead of the 10MB that is recommended. You
really don't even need a boot disk for old world machines but this worked
for me.

Also you can't delete old partitions and then create them in the same boot.
You have to delete the old partitions, reboot and then make the new
partitions.
