Graphical ssh or scp/sftp client for YDL?

Friends:

I have long thought that the best way to connect with and to share 
files between two computers is ssh (secure shell). I use ssh all the 
time to connect via command line between my OS X Macs at home and at 
work. However, for file transfer, I much prefer a graphical client (I 
use the excellent Fugu for Mac OS X 
<http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/>). Is anything like Fugu 
available for PowerPC Linux? If so, will I have to compile it myself? 
(I am trepidatious about compiling software, but I am certain I will 
have to bite the bullet eventually.)
