how do i format a floppy disk?

Again, I have to preface that other distros have the fdformat command.
Usually you can just do "fdformat /dev/fd0" and it will work. If it doesn't
get the size right, you will have to tell it specifically what size to use.
With "fdformat /dev/fd0H1440" you'll get a 1.44MB disk formatted in the
first floppy drive.
