YDL 2.3 install fails on PowerBase 240

Following directions on the YDL site I am able to partition the
drive, install Mac OS 9.1 in the second partition, install BootX,
select the text version of the install, and begin. While transferring
packages I get an error, "Exception in kernel module; Sig.4"

Any idea what this means, and if/how to fix? The PowerComputing unit
is 240mhz 603e processor with 48mb ram. The hard drive is a Quantum
3.1gb, non-Apple, but boots MacOS just fine.

Thanks for any info.
