YDL 3.0 on 7300

I've put myself in a nice pickle.  I hit "cut" in the menu editor for the k 
menu and cut all my applications from the k menu. When I hit paste.... I got a 
blank file the same as if I had just made a new entry.  
     I have another user account.  How can I get the applications back?  I 
can get them from the other user account, though I don't know how.
