Hmmm...why does localhost resolve to 192.168.1.7?

Anyway, CUPS works on broadcast messages. That's what it sends out and
that's what it watches for on the network. I don't know if the cupsd
provides the port 631 services. That's just the administrative web interface
which might be from a different service. I'm just guessing here, so take
this with a big grain of salt.
