new install (PM7200)

I'm no expert, but the requirements for YDL 2.3 and 3.0 are 1.9-2.3 GB 
for a typical desktop or developer install - meaning you want a minimum 
of 3GB HD.  I'd also increase the RAM to at least 64 MB - more would be 
preferable.  You'll also need space on that machine for a full OS8 or 
OS( partition to boot from, which is another couple hundred megs ......
